My favorite female character in League of Legends is definitely Lux. Her ability to dish out damage from a distance while providing utility for the team makes her a fantastic choice. Plus, her theme as the Lady of Luminosity is really appealing to me. Landing those long-range snipes with her ultimate and setting up plays with her light bindings just feels so satisfying. Lux's versatility and her charming personality make her a standout champion for me!
