Thresh for sure, its tanky, has a loooot of cc, even if u re bad with hooks/predictions, you can always go for glacial runes and just gap close and E continued with hook, guaranted 3s hard cc, if u have R, its 100% kill, in lategame when u are losing, its best support in catching situations, when u need to catch up someone to make a advantage 4v5
