Antivirus will block anything they think suspicious. There is no "smart" antivirus that can understand that you are running a cheat or somtheing that look suspicious but is safe.
So I always recommend for the 'people' to be their own antivirus, not running saddy files they got from a random forum or youtube video and use a scanner(KVRT ou malwarebytes) every day to know they are doing it right.
Antivirus always piss me off... I use only CCleaner, and some malaware cleaner program once a week. Dont use antivirus everyday, system is slow, everything need to be checked by antivirus. No, no no no no.
