Why is the english sub forum is so limited?

Hello all,

I noticed that the english section of the forum is really limited to some basic sections, why isn't there some sections where we can discuss what everyone else is discussing in a well structured sub forum instead of surfing around with google translate to make a simple conversation on a topic we find interesting?

Well it's a turkish site so english is limited. It's fine, people can go q&a or off topic.

really its so good materials, that can be tolerated to use google translator, is pretty nice
and other can ask here
