Changing your IP address might help. If you have a dynamic IP you can do so by restarting your router. If you have a static IP, you'll have to contact your ISP to get it changed or you can also use a VPN

Apply the options I wrote below as a solution
1-
Run > Delete everything inside the Temp folder.
Run > Delete everything inside the Prefetch folder.
Run > Delete everything inside the%temp% folder.
Run > Delete everything inside the Recent folder.
2- If you have a VPN, turn it off.
3- Log out of your account, clear cookies and log back in.
4- If you have adblocker, turn it off.
5- Try making another browser (Edge - Opera) default.
6- Clean the host file and try again
