I want to make a simple cheat for WoW Retail with the cheat engine, but I'm getting a crash. I'm trying to access the character's coordinate information and I'm crashing. After I start scanning with the cheat engine, the crash occurs after a maximum of 1-2 minutes. How can I bypass this? If I can get the character base address pointer and mobs selection pointers, it will be enough to do the cheat I have in mind. If there is an open source wow retail hack you know, that would be fine too. All I want is to be able to reach these addresses.
