It is the same its champion logic that is entirely new all chsmpion logic was done by left space while in lp all champion scripts were copy patsed from other platforms script so normal it was better on some champs but presiction wind is the same as in lp but hpred is new
Basically they are two different algorthims to predict "where will enemy go" and according to this "where should i use the skill to hit enemy". Generally, WindPred looks more accurate.
