Clear your browser's cookies and disable the windows firewall. To do this, also uninstall the current windows security updates you have installed;
Start > Settings > Windows Update > Update history > Uninstall updates
Do windows+R and type these folder names one by one in the search box to find and delete the contents.
Temp >>>> Prefetch >>>> %TEMP% >>>> Recent
