Brazil will have Vanguard in patch 14.9I have the same trouble here... maybe was the thing about the update of game.
I dont check sometimes if the script was updated with the game and run it....Brazil gonna take a while to get Vanguard running because of old players and low profile computers running the game... When they introduced the patch removing the Windows 7 and 8/8.1 they lost almost 60% of BR Players.
