Turn off DirectX9 mode and try again, put it in windowed full screen. If you have any anti-virus software on your system, turn it off or uninstall it directly. Turn on the FPS indicator in the top right with CTRL+F.

Visual C++ Packages - (rar it and put it in the folder, then run the install_all.bat script as an administrator.)

Disable any Adblocker, also uninstall FaceIT Anticheat or Vanguard.
