is there any way to disable the yasuo exploit that turn Q3 cooldown off

thats so easy to get ban and i want to play with yasuo

Wow! I just searched for it "yasuo q3 bug" and it is real (a post from reddit 1 month ago).
Can't believe it's real!
Maybe there is some setting to turn off abusing bug. I've not be confirmed yet )

OH. I just remembered that I heard this bug from long time ago like 1 or 2 years.
EQ and look away (map) far enough and you have no Q cool down.
