I used to play Yasuo Jungle, it's good for playing it on LOW elo, but i dont think it would work on gold+, good luck.

you can first try fromating/reinstalling windows from 0, maybe that can help you, and maybe dont using the same usb/pendrive you used before getting banned or things like that?
