Still not working... Game crashes after the program is on

I opened the program and was about to load the files, I was waiting for the website to open itself but it didn't so I opened it manually and the program said "waiting for log in" so I made an acc and now the program said waiting for approval. Am new to this site so I still have know knowledge...
