I personally use ExpressVPN, they have a very good wide range of IPs useable and they are fairy cheap (especially with the yearly packages), you should give it a go. Also, using this VPN I usually don't get any latency at all.

Because the script injects into the game, no, there is no way to reload it without also closing the game. You'll need to restart the game each time you want to do so.

Your question is a bit strange. Are you referring to WindSharp script, or, how long have we started scripting in general? Well, if you refer at the first, can't be that much since WS have been released only recently, and if you mean the second, I've been scripting since L# era. I miss those...

You need to disable adblock, allow windsharp through your antivirus and use the UI injector, after that, it works normally. Have you even researched the forum before posting? Or you're just trying to increase your post counts? :D
