step 1:make sure you have a good system(fast cpu,much ram,good power supply with high wattage( 500w+ with 80+ certified) step 2:i used some software to test +msi afterburner for monitor the temperature and power and the fans +furmark in about 15min to test, if the temperature graphics card too...

try to clean dust from your computer and reinstall fresh windows,it may help,if it contiune,check your hardware
