Kassadin is a late-game scaling champion, he doesn't need any nerfs because pre-16, he's basically useless. If you're laning against him, your job is to beat his ass before he reaches 16, if you failed to do something simple like that, you'd better off just banning him in your next match.

Personally i'd say that the g403 logitech mouse is pretty good for it's price, it has everything you'd need to be honest and it feels pretty comfortable in your hand. I've had mine for about 2 years and it has worn-down a little bit, but it functions just as well as when i bought it.

Somehow reducing the impact the jungle has on the game would be pretty nice. A good jungler can easily carry a game because of how much impact he has on all the lanes, somehow lowering his impact, maybe by increasing clear times or penalizing them for camping a lane would be nice.

Ótima tierlist, mano! Só acho que a tristana deveria ir de A para S Tier, ela é muito boa para ser aggro e mesmo o script não sendo perfeito pra ela, o champ sendo meio roubadinho da um jeito nisso.
