I was one of those suckers that bought a 2080 ti when they launched in Sept 2018. I'm kinda tempted to buy the 3080, but I just don't think the performance increase is really worth it. I play mostly on 1440p, so I doubt I would see any major increases.
What do you guys think, should I do it? Or...
Dude you are running a 10 year old PC. You need an entire PC upgrade. Increasing your ram on that machine will not yield any significant noticeable increases.
To elaborate if you want an FPS increase the hierarchy of components should be GPU> CPU> Ram> everything else. SSD will likely never improve FPS because your frame rate is directly related to how quickly your computer can render images and process things happening on screen (why I said GPU and...
Your specifications seem sufficient to run it, but you might want to consider removing some of the background bloatware. What is your CPU/Ram usage when playing?
I'd have to agree with Dimension, the ASUS PRIME Z270 is expensive but it will save you some upgrading in the future (if you plan to). Also it supports up to 64gb ram, which is super cheap and for me more ram is always better.

I mean I definitely see a use for this if you format frequently. Also doesn't office come with one of the windows 10 updates anyways? That's the only one that seems a bit redundant to me.
Yeah there is no way you've played 6 months with it. The thing bans in 48 hrs.
So far we haven't received any comments from the devs as to if or when this will be addressed. Keep your eyes open though, they might update.
Your motherboard has a PCIE slot, so pretty much any modern GPU will fit. Although your next bottleneck will be power supply, what kind of PSU you running? Honestly that is a pretty weak system, I don't think a GPU will help upgrade. Try looking for something around the GTX 1650 level - this...
to the guy who asked if it works online, it's not meant to work online, dude the title literally says, "OFFLINE". Seriously can people not read?
Back on topic, appreciate the share, even if it is offline.
