I had "HWID Ban" too. At first i reinstalled my windows with a USB memory stick (fresh installation) and didn't work. I even replaced my laptop HDD's with an SSD + fresh installation, again from an USB memory stick, and again, failed. I just reset the PC from my settings. You can give it a try...
