Depends on your budget and what you're playing. If you're really want a branded, cheap but good mouse for overall activities, I'd recommend the Logitech G300s. It is a fairly small mouse if you have large hands. It's optical (not laser), but it has decent accuracy and fairly good ammount of...

You can use Intel Extreme Tuning Utility or ThrottleStop. I personally prefer the latter, since it's more advanced.
