If you have NVIDIA, update the driver and after that go to control panel and disable vSync and try to go high performance. I suggest you to check your power option and set it on ultimate performance too

Check all your extensions, maybe you have some kind of adblocker. If not, try disabling your antivirus web protection. In the worst case, try testing with another browser!

No, only if the game you are playing have an crazy anticheat that blocks any "hacking executables"
