I find music distracting if I'm actually trying to win. Dulls the senses or something. If I don't care then I just put shuffle on my plex server.

I've been personally using it for about 6 months on all my accounts. If there is a ban risk it would be extremely low. I'm pretty sure what this mostly does is use regular Riot API calls.

The 3050 is ewaste. Better off buying an AMD 6000 series card at a similar price point. Obviously a used 2080 kicks its ass.

To me just get something that will be comfortable. If it's not comfortable you'll suck using it no matter how good it is. In general the sensors are basically all the same these days at the top end.

Outemu optical switches are aight but yah they're generally pretty crap. Cherry/Gateron are bare minimum for a keyboard to feel decent to me. Gateron optical keyboards are pretty cheap these days on the used market and feel/perform really good. Would be my suggestion.

It's amazing what can handle league. My old HD 6850 gets like 200 FPS at 1080p. Personally if I were getting a laptop dedicated to league I'd be picking up something with 680m integrated graphics with an AMD CPU. Would have insane battery life and play league without breaking a sweat.

The suggestion of it being windows defender could be possible but it sounds like it's getting overloaded. Do you have low amounts of ram or bad specs? Unfortunately I can't check myself to try and reproduce to find a solution.

I've used kbot for a while. Only suggestion would be to add role selection to it so I don't have to add it manually.
