I enabled all setting but seem didnt work, the status of cheat saying IsInGame : false even I in match, this happen after the update. I'm not sure this issue related to any graphic settings, this just happend after new update, I think maybe more few days Cheat will be work again.

its depend on your current level, if you cheats and utilize it like a Pro, you can archive higher rank. For me from Master 0 point to Challenger 8xx point playing support role.

Alista, Rell with flash skill will be greate if you want start a combat. Soraka if your teammate has carry and healing like Renekton, Aatrox,... you can use R ultimate cover them. Senna, Xerath if you want to counter some healing Support or want to win Bot lane when enemies champ is weaker...
