Followed all the steps. Still closing itself.

No matter where I run it the loader just crashes after pressing load. It doesnt even wait for my game and doesnt ask me to press enter. What are the needed drivers? I recently reseted my pc and now after the reset its not working like it used to. Il leave a video so you can see whats happening:
