For me, you just gotta learn the game the first, from my personal experience scripts won't get you to any higher elo (in case you mean League), for adc you need to learn positioning and a bit of macro remember it's a strategy game, not a PvP game so you gotta perma respect the enemy at any time...

For me, it depends on how much quality time you invest in learning more than playing, atleast that's the case with League.

It's all great except "learn from high elo streams", i don't think high elo would work for low elo, you need to abuse and limit test as much as you can, simply just respecting the enemy and expecting your players to perform and do it's job will not do anything in favour for you to learn.
