2-LOADER STOPPED WORKING : my operation system is windows 7 64 bit. its working will before but now its not.

still nothing happen admin same yesteday the loader could not be loading. can u help us and fix this please. thanks

I tried to run the loader, I run it as administrator, and nothing happens. Nothing is showing up, nothing pops up! i re start my pc my router nothing happen. pls fix
