I want to change my profile picture but I can't

Hello, After being registered here since 2018, I have returned and found that I was able to get awards for the amount of years I had as a member on this site. For some reason, it is not showing on my profile, I am not sure as well how can I add it in my profile. Your help is sincerely appreciated.
