This is a very easy method that doesn't require any special tools, however its not too advanced but at least it works.
The idea is to launch PUBGLite-Win64-Shipping.exe without running the Anti-Cheats process.
[Steps]
So the target will be something like

Now save and launch the shortcut and the game will start without Anti-Cheats
[Note]
Do not close the launcher or logout from it or this method will not work, keep it minimized and ignore it.
If it doesn't work, try launching the game normally from start button then exit the game while keeping the launcher opened and retry.
You can create a bat file for easy use.

- Go to PUBG Lite installation folder and run Launcher.exe
- Login to your account and do update the game files if there is any
- DO NOT click on Start button. Instead, leave the launcher minimized and go to folder Client folder
- Right click on PUBGLite.exe, Send to> desktop (create shortcut)
- Go to desktop, right click on the new created shortcut and click Properties
- Add this launch params at the end of the target exe:
