First of all (it is logical) to find out who or what was the reason for turning on the laptop / computer. You can find out about this, open Windows logs (the modern OS writes many of its actions to the log, including the on / off time).soon as i get home first check it,when u said it i realized i did some changes in control panel...
And so, to open this log, you must first go to the Windows Control Panel in the "System and Security" section, then go to the "Administration" tab
Then open the link "View events".
Here you need to select "Windows Logs / System" in the menu on the left.
Next, you should see hundreds of events (by default they are sorted by date of occurrence). We need to look at those whose column “Source” contains the reason “Power-Troubleshooter” (also pay attention to the exit time. Thanks to this, you can find the desired event).
When you open the event, you will see the source of the exit. In fact, this is the reason why your laptop / PC woke up.

All possible options in the output source:
power button - this sometimes sometimes affects not only the button itself, but also opening / closing the lid of the laptop. I will add that failures are possible in cases where you have a problem with the mat. board or with the button itself;
a device whose name contains "HID" is either a mouse, or a keyboard, or something else like that (joystick, for example). I note that often these devices can work "automatically": even a very small vibration of your mouse is enough (for example, if you put something on the table with it);
timers - usually this happens if you have some task set in the task scheduler (for example, update the system!);
network adapter - this output source indicates that your adapter is configured so that the PC wakes up when connected to it;
host controllers (there may be many variants of names) - the reason is usually connected devices to USB ports;

In order to see all the devices that are allowed to wake up a laptop / computer, open a command prompt (press Win + R, type cmd and press Enter).
At the command prompt, enter one command: powercfg -devicequery wake_armed
Let me know if this helped you find the problem
