RX 570 is a better choice and being an AMD chip, it also supports Nvidia freesync but it's power consumption is also high.
GTX 1050 Ti is slightly less powerful but it's still so pupolar

If i were you, i would buy rx580. the price of rx580 is still affordable and more powerful than rx570 and 1050ti
