Does LazySharp uses DLL injection to hook?

I know dll injection can be detected easily.
we must avoid to use CreateThread or DetoursAttach methods.
AC of League can detect them easy.

How LazySharp can hook the method of Leagues?
Any opinion?

lazysharp uses external mode but it is still possible to detect by clicking many times and your mouse is sometimes on the left and your champion playing skill on the right has multiple factors to be detected we don't know for sure but one of the things that most does detect and use Evade and orbwalk with low delay doing some non-human thing

in fact it will not be the first has some private platforms that I will not speak the name he got but the people he uses for security are minimal we all know that it takes time to even out the anti-cheat

not exactly, ik 1-2 private platforms and they already bypassed anticheat. Also you can find hb bypasses for 300-400$ per month.
