I cannot use Black Squad Hack (error code:0x000009a)

I cannot use Black Squad without VPN,But When I tried to use the hack with VPN,it loaded but,after everything was done a error code appeared...
It showed that Driver failed to load code:0x000009a
So How to use the hack now? please help me.
System:
4gb ram
i3 6th gen
intel hd 530
I have disabled anti-virus and ran the game at 32bit and directx9 still it didn't work.
