It's a pandemic situation, although a lot of people that have a good immune system manage to get through it. The ones that suffer from it are usually the ones that always had some kind of underperforming immune system, which is ill people or elders. Now for the second part, lots of supplies are going out on my city cause people are afraid to even go outside for more than 1 hour and they decide to get their supplies for the next month in one day which is not that smart.
