Aimbot can only get you banned if you are too blatant at the cheating with/without spectators.

Suspicious score rates your gameplay on the basis of hacking. So the higher the suspicious score, the higher is people noticing you hack and the higher are the chances for a report and potentially ban. I would recommend you to not allow spectators through pubg mobile in-game settings.
