How to to know if i have an ip ban or a hwid ban ?

If you create one account (and you are banned in another) and that account is also banned is because you have HWID ban so change your IP

when you login with new account then you also get banned in new account thats mean you get hw banned

Don't Worry Apex don't give HWID ban I every Day Play with new account to try different hacks and alway get ip ban only
