u can skip ip ban with using vpn if u use it and u got ban again thay mean u have hwid ban

as guys answer you
you have to know that if you reinstall windows it would work and spoof your hwid but not for all games would work but u can try also u can use tool to change ur hdd numbers it works too for some games
