Personally, i dont think there is no big difference between them. But if you have enough budget, of course i recommend 165hz.
If you want me to suggest a model, you will need to specify the budget range

The Human Eye Can Physiologically detect up 1K FPS. I WOULD RATHER GO FOR 144HZ .

High refresh rate monitors are only fully worth it if your pc can push that many frames. Even though your pc can't run 144 fps or 165 fps,it is till better to get high refresh rate monitors as the overall experience will me much smoother compared to that of a regular 60 hz monitor.

There is litterlly no different between 144hz to 165hz, Just get the 144hz one if u are using 60hz you are going to notice a big difference on gaming performance.
