In general, such a feature is included in cheats.

if you use advanced recorder like OBS you can, by capturing only the game ( unless if the game draws in memory)
and if you choose to capture the monitor it will record the hack too
try it every game/cheat is different

Use OBS for streaming. OBS only capture your game process. So, the cheat will not be shown in video.

I mean sure you can those cheating menus but the lines or esp or radars you see in your screen is really hard to not see that now there are cheats like league of legends gameonasteroids that is external that can be used for streaming and yet still if your a streaming there is going to be a constant of ppl watching your every move i don't think is a good idea to cheat and to stream at the same time because you will have more chance of getting caught.
