Honestly it recently happened to me and it does happen sometimes. Just make sure you are logged in on this site and open the app first before you initiate the load (very important). Try a few times and it should work. Truthfully it does work for me.

Log out of the site and log in again but before closing everything and opening it again it will work if it doesn't happen wait until some MOD or ADM fix that the error is there with them with me the first came back doing this but the second I had to wait they fix
