yes you can report it. just look to the left bottom of the message tab you will see the report, just click on it and write the nature of the spam message like, out of post comment or spam message etc.

Spam is against the rules, so you can report spammers and people who use the wrong language section.

Since people are obliged the write some messages to use hacks, they will be always spam ! You can report it, but new people gonna come again and do same stuff
