Visual C++ Redistributable Runtimes All-in-One
And once you done Repairing/Installing everything try again

Looks like it's a problem with ms vcredist. Just install all ms visual c++ and it will work.

Do you have a graphish card?

Cuz sometimes it doesnt work if its modified for amd or intel
