It all depends , the hack on this site needs to run the game first ,but i saw hacks that needed to be run before the game

Sometimes u need to read the introduction from the hack's creator itself.
but most of time run the game first and run the hack since the hack will detect the "already" running at background. but this method not working with some injector u need to do opposite way which run the injector first then run the game.
