It is the laucher not a game. The basic launcher.

I think it may be a problem with your internet.
Try checking your TCP/IP and firewall blocking.
Try with a different internet or use a proxy/VPN and try again.
Download the latest version of loader and try again.
If these steps doesn't help, contact help/support team.

Disable windows defender and firewall
try vpn also
