LoL (Cull Item)

Do you guys put this item on your builds? cuz if he gives you 100+ gold on farm and complete mission gives you 350+ gold but is costs 450- gold and you sell it for 180 gold, you would win 180 gold on 100 farm (10 -15 min playing) and the item only gives you 7+ attack and 3+ hp on hit so why you would sacrifice your full lane phase to win 180 gold even if you die in beggining you could buy another doran's blade and it would make alot more difference. What you guys think about this item?

just a waste of a minion waves...you lost a wave like that
Better go roaming in jungle than buying cull
