My account locomacaco just got hacked for someone they change the profile picture to a image that sats legendary, can someone help me?

its a secondary email on outlook i use for stuff that doesnt matter much, i have many passwords maybe i put the same and didnt even know

I already told every more then 5 times that he hacked email aswell and changed the email of the account and the password.
