Hello everyone , I'm a physiotherapist , and I thought , why don't we make a topic where everyone can ask me some questions about his body , if he suffers from any kind of pain whether it's caused by a musculoskeletal disorder or by sitting still for too long , so feel free to ask about anything you want , I'm here to help you out .

When i sit too long, my neck hurts so much. And also my hip.

I have low back pain. I do not have a herniated disc as a disease
Low back pain could be due to the way you sit on your seat while playing , driving , etc .. I recommend that you use a low back support which makes a 110 deg. curve in your lower back , this will help you a lot in decreasing the stress on the vertebrae .
Also you have to make sure that you have no problems in your Hamstrings muscles , hip flexors muscles , which may lead to a flat lumbar spine or increased lumbar curve. you can search for stretches for your back and leg muscles on the internet , you will find tons of examples that are going to help you reducing the stress caused by the muscles .

It could be due to your seat , you have to change positions from time to time , I recommend that you buy a seat wit neck and back suppport or you can buy back and neck supports separately , this will help you for sure , hope you get better soon .
Thank you so much. I don't have a seat with neck and back support. Its a very basic seat. I will put some pillows on my back.

my neck hurts when i look down or up for long time
This isn't a problem by it's own , but if you move freely with no limitations and with no pain , and it just hurts you when you stay in the same position for too long , this is due to the way your neck is placed when doing certain things , try to always keep the natural neck position , also , search for neck stretches on the internet and do it regularly and make it a day habit for you . hope you get better soon .

Pay attention to the way you use the pillows don't use too much , because it may lead to other problems make it simple and easy to adjust .

yes i did fall on the floor~ i already did go to hospital but i need to comeback in a specific date that the doctor gave me.
