need help in lol script

Hello everyone im new in this forum i'd like to try the League of legend Script or LazySharp (Im playing in Garena server). I did follow all the step install the program needed and still not working like when i load the hack a prompt will show and after a few it will close and this (the picture) happens and when i try it on a practice tool it doesnt work like no menu or anything showing. I hope someone can help me with this. Advance thank you to the one who can help me.

Also in the site it shows that adblock is still on but i already allow *** on chrome setting and i dont have an adblock extension installed nor antivirus just my windows defender.
