You cant win long range fight with hacker. Best way to deal with hackers is rush the guy with full squad so that they can't shoot all of you at once. Also its bad idea to smoke as it will block your vision not theirs making it more harder for you.

The hacker cannot fight with fight from far away because since he cannot win the match only if he takes fight from a distance, then if possible, then he should have fun with the whole squad.
