unable to run pubg steam hack

can not load the hack....i have disabled my firewall and defender...but at the tym of loading it shows "process stopped due to firewall/antivirus"

my prime membership badge shows that i have 300 msgs
and the pic i ve provided shows that the hack does loads up...but gets blocked by firewall..even though it is off
