I also did that..

I off my windows defense, off my antivirus, update my drivers, update my C++, update my DirectX, Everything but still same..

look i'm going to tell you few steps regarding your pc now just read these steps clearly..
1. Turn off your windows defender , public , private and others .
2.Turn off your Antivirus if you have or else turned off windows default anitvirus..
3. If the error appears in windows anti virus just allow it ..
4. Just after doing these go on to windows search bar press ( win + R ) to run command and search ( temp ) and delete it , after this search ( %temp% ) and delete it and the last one is ( prefetch ) delete it too .
5. Then after this delete it from your Recycle bin .
6. open your game emulator run it.
7. If this happens again just restart your pc that's it
