How do you get "registered" for the Discord Server?

I recently joined Discord, but I don't see any channels.

Translated the message and it says this:

To access our Discord server, you need to register. You can log in and wait in the waiting area Registration Room.

Where is the waiting room? How do I register for it. Kind of confused lol

you need to join registration voice channel and wait moderator to give you roles : )
